100-Night Comfort Guarantee

Description

Your sleep is important to us. To make sure you have the right mattress, we're pleased to offer the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee! Sleep on your new mattress for up to 100 nights from the date of delivery. If it is not the right fit, exchange it for one that suits you better or return it for a refund. Choose the size that matches your mattress. This applies to all of our mattress collections. This policy supersedes any verbal communication between Rest Therapy and you, the customer. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and be clearly indicated as amendments to this specific agreement.

Conditions

• Your order must include the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee with a Wellness Bamboo Mattress Protector of the same size. The protector must be used for the entire trial. For hygiene reasons, it is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
• Exchange and return requests open after 21 nights, as it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. The guarantee is valid for up to 100 nights from the date of delivery.
• There are no cancellations or refunds on the price of the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee (including taxes).
• One exchange or return is available per mattress.
• Exchange: choose any mattress at the same price or higher for a $99 exchange fee plus the price difference, including taxes. Pickup of your original mattress and delivery of your new one are included.
• Return: you pay the return shipping cost. Once your mattress arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we refund the amount you paid for the mattress, less the return shipping cost.
• The mattress must be properly packaged for pickup and arrive at our warehouse in acceptable condition with no damage before an exchange is shipped or a refund is issued.
• Remote areas, including the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador, please contact us before starting an exchange or return.
